Appointment Agreement 

By booking this appointment I understand and agree that Psych-K® is not a replacement for appropriate medical treatment and/or professional mental health care. The Psych-K® process engages the mind/body’s natural self-healing response, but is not medical advice, and should not be treated as such. It is my responsibility to seek the professional medical and mental health care that I may need.

 

I agree that I am responsible for my own life and its unfolding. As an expression of my responsibility I am seeking assistance with the beliefs that manifest my reality, but the actual manifestation of that reality is up to me.

 

I also agree not to teach any Psych-K® processes that I may learn to others in any way. I agree that leaving the Facilitation of Psych-K® in the hands of those who have been specifically trained to do it helps maintain the integrity of the process, which is a benefit to me and to all others who use Psych-K®.

 

I have read, understood, and will comply with this Agreement.
